Redhill is situated in the borough of Reigate and Banstead which stretches from the Greater London boundary and the boroughs of redhill and Sutton to the north, to Crawley and Gatwick Airport to the south.
It is developing rapidly and offers an appealing balance of a bustling town with the countryside being close-by. Redhill boasts picturesque commons, some of which are conservation areas, so are ideal for walking, picnicking and nature-watching. Panoramic views of the South Downs can be seen on the highest point of Redhill common, and Earlswood common also has boating and fishing available.
Access to the M25/27 and the train service makes commuting to London, Gatwick, Crawley, and Brighton realistic and easy. There is a wide choice of property on offer from trendy one bedroom flats, elegant conversions to large Edwardian Villas.
There's something here to appeal to most including pubs, restaurants, the Liquid Envy nightclub, cinema and the inevitable karaoke followed by the Road Runner cab home! Not your cup of tea? You could always take the healthier option and join one of the many fitness clubs and other sports opportunities, (see below) or if you're not feeling too energetic then why not take a stroll down Frenches Road and feed the ducks?

A Sainsbury’s store (with underground car park) is situated next to the Harlequin cinema & theatre and a parade of modern shops, with a good range of jewellery, electric and clothing. Further along is the Belfry Shopping Mall which has its own multi-storey car park and around thirty shop spread over its two floors including a huge M&S, Boots, and other household names. Further along the high street, there is even an exotic French market once a week.
Recent growth in Redhill has resulted in significant numbers of people commuting into the borough to work. The attractiveness of the local environment and its accessibility to London, Heathrow and Gatwick airports have been key to major inward investment with a number of international companies established headquarters within the borough, such as Axard Insurance, Lombard, AON and Toyota.

There are direct trains to London Victoria, which takes around 35 minutes, and there are also regular trains to Gatwick, Brighton and the South Coast. Guildford, Reading and Tonbridge are all highly accessible from Redhill via the M23 or M25.
