Crawley is a vibrant town that has rapidly expanded over the last few years. It is at the hub of one of the most dynamic economies in the country, and with its proximity to Gatwick Airport, many major companies have headquarters, regional offices or manufacturing plants in the area, standards of housing, health provision and education are high.
Crawley is hard to beat for leisure - we have night clubs, a cinema mega plex, great eating in the town centre and a lively theatre in a lovely woodland setting. In our neighbourhood there are pubs, play facilities, parks and community centres.
Crawley boasts the K2 a brand new sports facility including an Olympic sized swimming pool and the well known also Crawley Town FC. Crawley is lucky to have some great open spaces, including Tilgate Park, set in 400 acres and home to a golf course and nature centre.
County Mall Shopping Centre, Queens Square and the historic High Street offer the best mix of shopping for miles around. There are also local shops in every neighbourhood.
Road, rail, and of course, airport links are excellent. The A/M23 joins the M25 to allow fast and easy access to London, Brighton and all major cities. Gatwick Airport is around 5 minutes by road. Heathrow is about an hour’s drive. There are fast and regular rail connects to London, with the Gatwick Express plus direct services as far as Edinburgh. Several bus companies and reputable taxi services operate within the towns and the surrounding area.
