Part Time Property Inspector - Croydon

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Croydon branch for a Part Time Property Inspector. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail with good organisational skills and diary management. Self confidence and the initiative to work on their own, as well as part of a team is an essential requirement. The individual will spend each day visiting properties to prepare inventories and schedules of condition before tenants move in, conduct inspections on properties during tenancy's and check inventories when tenants move on. Good communication skills and keyboard skills are important.

This role offers a competitive salary, the use of a company car, full induction and training will be provided with the role as well as ongoing development training.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to4.00pm
