A part time job that's varied and interesting!
Fancy working in a lively sales team? Want to enjoy the buzz, but perhaps prefer to work part time or without the same responsibility required of the Lettings Consultants role?
You will help the Lettings team with meeting and greeting prospective
tenants and then escort them around suitable properties.
Our Home Guides are well presented, friendly individuals, preferably with sales and estate agency or letting experience (though not essential), who accompany prospective tenants on viewings. You’d also help with administration and deal with enquiries in the office. Ideally, you’ll also be flexible enough to cover for occasional illnesses and holidays during the week. An outgoing personality, together with a good telephone manner and a clean driving licence are essential.
What do you need? Lots of energy, bags of enthusiasm,
a fun personality and good sales skills. Got what it takes?
