An ideal role for a disciplined, calm individual who can work rapidly and under pressure in what is often a challenging environment! This position is varied, challenging and very rewarding.
After the Lettings team has found a suitable tenant, the Property Manager will personally manage the property for the remainder of the tenancy and provide landlord and tenant alike with an outstanding quality of service.
You will manage approximately 200 properties and will have a
significant influence over the success of your portfolio.
What will you need to survive? Confidence, the ability to communicate effectively, I.T. skills, an excellent eye for detail combined with strong organisational, numerical and administrative skills.
A good sense of humour wouldn't go amiss and the ability to solve problems
is a must! A varied and stimulating role - no chance of boredom!
Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
