Letting specialist Leaders were delighted to present their loyal Portsmouth Property Inspector, John Williams, with a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers and a cheque to celebrate his 20 years’ service.

“After 20 years he is a true expert in preparing the all-important inventory and schedule of condition; inspecting and reporting on the condition of our landlords’ properties during tenancies; and checking our tenants out at the end of their tenancy. This requires meticulousness, integrity, experience, professionalism and a keen eye for detail, all of which John – who used to be in the Royal Navy - possesses in abundance.
“John is a very popular and adaptable member of staff who has an abundance of experience which is of great benefit to our team and clients. There is nothing John hasn’t seen or dealt with as a Property Inspector over the last 20 years! John enjoys the variety of his job and meeting people from all walks of life. He is a great asset to Leaders and we thank him for his many years dedicated service.”
In today’s world, 20 years with one company is unusual, but at Leaders big anniversaries are not uncommon. John is one of 95 Leaders employees with more than a decade’s service.
