Charlie recognised as property professional of excellence

Charlie Horner, Leaders’ Dorking senior property manager, has successfully passed her NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

NFoPP is the National Federation of Property Professionals, of which the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) is a part.

ARLA is the only professional, self-regulating body specialising in raising and maintaining practise standards in the UK private rental sector and Leaders is proud to be one of their longest-standing members.

This well-respected award is a nationally-recognised industry qualification and an entry requirement of ARLA. Charlie passed all four modules of the technical award with flying colours.

Commenting on her achievement, Charlie said: “I am thrilled that all my hard work has paid off and would like to thank Leaders for their support in helping me work towards this qualification. In recognising the benefit of this qualification to myself and the business, Leaders have helped me to achieve a long-held ambition and have lived up to their name as an Investor in People company.
