About The Expedition

The trip - expected to last 11 months - will take Rob and James through temperatures ranging from -40° C to +40°C as they travel from the Arctic down through North and South America, across the Southern Ocean to Antarctica and then finally on to Sydney, Australia, in Feb 2008!

Duration: 11 months
Distance: 22,000 miles covering 3 continents
Skiing: 10 miles a day
Cycling: 5 months cycling 120 miles a day
Sailing: 150 miles a day
