Leaders in Ocean Village has had an exceptionally busy start to 2012, letting almost twice the number of properties than expected during January.

“For example, we recently let two properties within two hours, simply from being aware of the situation of a number of our existing tenancies and applicants. One of our tenants, Mr Franklin, told us that he was looking to move out of the apartment he was renting with us because he needed a larger place. When, a short time later, we received notice on one of our three bedroom properties, we immediately invited Mr Franklin to view it. He decided to take it, meaning the two bedroom apartment that he would be moving out of would become available to let. Right away we invited one of our applicants who needed a two bedroom apartment to view it and she made a decision there and then to rent it, enabling us to secure two tenancies for two of our landlords within two hours.
“Needless to say, both landlords were very happy to have their properties let so promptly and both tenants delighted to have found their new homes so quickly and painlessly. By being aware of our clients’ needs and stepping in at the right time to offer a solution, we were able to make everyone happy. This sums up what we mean by the personal touch.”
