I’ve been meaning to leave this review since before Christmas, because the service I received was genuinely outstanding. I had an issue with my boiler just before Christmas, and everyone at Mansfield Leaders was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted. A special thank you to Kyla, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was resolved. With the cold snap at the time, Kyla made a point of checking that I had my heating back on and that I was warm, which meant a great deal. She even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still working and that I was happy. That level of care and customer service is so rare these days.
