I had a really positive experience with the Leaders Tenancy Team and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped me throughout the process. Leah was extremely helpful from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout and making sure I knew exactly what was happening. A massive thank you to Trish, who genuinely went above and beyond for me. She made sure the property I was going to be renting was in a good condition before I moved in and kept me informed of everything I needed to know along the way. She was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful, and I really appreciated everything she did to make the move as smooth as possible. Amazing at what she does and generally cares, ensuring i was happy with everything. And finally, a big thank you to Annabelle, who finished off the process and gave me such a warm and friendly welcome when I collected the keys to my new home. Excellent service from the whole team.
