Smooth and timely support with guiding emails all the way. The agent (Alfie Smith) who supported me with the viewing was ever so helpful in facilitating a very robust in person viewing and in supporting me to start the process to secure the home. I found it helpful to meet the residing tenant and his experience of staying in the home really made me convinced i was making the right decision. Not only that but Alfie went an extra mile connecting me with the residing tenant at the time as he had furniture he was selling, just making things easier really. Also thanks to Tom Brame for his role in the process of securing a viewing and completing the final steps before i get into the home. Great team!!
