This was my first time renting an apartment, and I had a great experience working with Stephanie and Rebecca. Stephanie was my real estate agent and she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything very clearly and made the entire process easy to understand, which was especially important for me as a first-time renter. Even after everything was completed, when I emailed her with additional questions, she replied very quickly and was always happy to help. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out. I also spoke with Rebecca over the phone, and she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.
