For our advisors to give you the best advice, they’ll need to see a number of important documents detailing your identity, address and income. This way we can accurately calculate how much you can borrow and what you can afford to repay.

If you already have a property in mind, bringing the details of it along with proof of your deposit will help speed things up. Talking to a mortgage advisor signals to the other parties in your property chain that you are serious about moving and could improve the chance of your offer being accepted.

After carefully reviewing all of your documents and understanding your current circumstances, your advisor will be able to recommend the best product for you. Don’t worry about forgetting the information you’re given in the appointment, your advisor will write down exactly what they are recommending and why so you can think it over.

Along with the recommended mortgage product, terms and repayments, your advisor will provide you with a quote and any insurance policies. The next steps are up to you. If you are happy with the quote – great! If not, our advisors can work with you until they find the most suitable product.
