Bognor property expert expects busy second half of 2017

The property market in Bognor Regis is set to continue growing in the second half of the year, with one local expert predicting a continuing rise in the number of people looking to sell in the town.

James Bambridge, who recently moved from Leaders in Chichester to the company’s Bognor branch where he is now Sales Manager, says homes in the area are in high demand and this has made it an excellent time to sell.

“House prices have risen by almost 1.5 per cent in Bognor in the last three months alone, adding over £4,000 to the value of an average property,” James explains. “This has encouraged more people to consider the benefits of putting their home on the market and exactly what they stand to gain by doing so.

“Having lived in Bognor and Aldwick since 1985 and worked as an estate agent in the area since 1996, I am delighted to be back in the town centre and in a position to help people achieve their aims, whether they are hoping to buy or sell.

“As well as specialising in the sales market, I have plenty of experience in the local lettings scene and I am able to assist customers whether they are looking to sell or let. This is unusual and very few estate agents in Bognor are active in both sectors, but it can be useful for landlords who are considering both letting and selling.”

Just a few weeks into his new role, James is already witnessing signs of growth in the local market and has been busy bringing properties to the market. He is now inviting local people who may be interested in selling to contact him to arrange a free valuation and market appraisal.
