Essex estate agents set for relaunch

Tue 26 Apr 2016

A local estate agents is ready to showcase its new name and look at a special relaunch event in May.

National firm Leaders acquired Essex-based More Estate Agents in January and has subsequently rebranded its branches in Colchester, Clacton-on-Sea, Chelmsford and Braintree.

Two relaunch parties will take place simultaneously on Wednesday 11th May between 4pm and 7pm at the Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea branches, where a panel of experts will be on hand to offer expert advice on topics such as mortgages, tax and property-related legislation.

Dean Phillips, Leaders’ area manager for Essex, says: “We are looking forward to launching life as Leaders in Essex and welcoming our customers, many of whom have used More Estate Agents for a number of years, to our new-look offices.

“We have arranged for several industry experts to attend to allow local investors and landlords to use the occasion as a chance to get up to speed with all the latest from the buy-to-let market.

“Our local property experts will also be offering advice on the sales and lettings markets, so whether you are currently thinking of selling, letting, buying or renting we would love to see you on the day.”

There will be a raffle held at each branch with all proceeds going to Leaders’ Charity of the Year, Together for Short Lives. Buffet food and wine will also be available to attendees.

Dean adds: “Whether people are ready to make their next move or are simply interested in finding out more about the property market in Essex, our team would be delighted to welcome them to our relaunch day.

“It also gives us an opportunity to raise money for Together for Short Lives, which has been Leaders’ charity partner since the start of 2015. Together for Short Lives supports all 54 children’s hospices across the country - including Little Havens in Southend - so we are determined to do all we can to help.”
