Whether you are looking to move to Weybridge or you already live in the town, you should be aware of some of the most fun, adventurous and fascinating things to do in the area.
I have lived in the area for many years and know it is an enjoyable place to be, so why not take a look at my top five things to do in Weybridge and see if you can tick them all off over the coming weeks?
1) Take a stroll along the River Wey
The River Wey is a beautiful backdrop to any walk in Weybridge. It is flanked by a plethora of eye-catching trails and paths that are just waiting to be explored.
2) Visit Mercedes Benz World
The world-famous Germany car manufacturer’s popular Mercedez Benz World attraction is based on the outskirts of the town. Pop in for a thrilling driving experience or a look at Mercedes Benz vehicles from every decade.
3) Drink in The Minnow garden
The Minnow Pub & Restaurant boasts one of Surrey’s most stylish and picturesque gardens. It’s a must-visit on any summer’s evening or warm weekend. Grab a drink and enjoy the River Wey at its meeting point with the River Thames.
4) Pick your own fruit and veg
Picking your own fruit and vegetables is not only great fun, it’s also a chance to secure some tasty ingredients for your dinner. Why not take some time out with your family to visit Crockford Bridge Farm, where there is a quality farm shop and pick your own facilities?
5) Explore Chertsey Museum
Chertsey Museum houses intriguing and insightful artefacts relating to the entire Runnymede area. Local archaeology, fine art and important documents are all on show. Best of all, admission is completely free!
