New Midlands property specialist to exhibit at landlord show

Tue 30 Aug 2016

One of the newest names in the Midlands’ booming property market will take centre stage at an upcoming national landlord event in West Bromwich.

Leaders, which has acquired 24 branches in the region in the last 16 months, is exhibiting at the National Landlord Investment Show on 21st September. Martyn Baum, the company’s area sales manager for the Midlands who is also the outgoing President of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), will also be delivering a seminar for landlords during the event.

It comes shortly after Leaders made its first move into Birmingham by acquiring local firm Hollier Browne and its two branches in Kings Norton and Maypole. Hollier Browne had several decades of experience in the sales and lettings markets and a reputation for excellence throughout Birmingham and beyond.

Neil Carpenter, Leaders’ area manager for the Midlands, says: “With 24 branches from Worcester to Nottingham, Loughborough and Stoke-on-Trent and the promise of more to come, our commitment to the Midlands is clear.

“Several of our branches are still new to us so the National Landlord Investment Show in West Bromwich is the ideal place to introduce ourselves to local landlords and investors. While our name has changed, the vast majority of our employees across the region have not so the same great service can be expected by customers.

“Whether landlords are planning to expand their property portfolios or enter the buy-to-let market for the first time, the event is designed to help them achieve their goals.”

The National Landlord Investment Show takes place at West Bromwich Albion FC on 21st September between 9am and 3.30pm. Martyn’s important update for landlords will take place at 11.35am.

A host of professional exhibitors will cover all aspects of buying to let, from property management to landlord tax, buying at auction, tenancy deposit schemes, buy-to-let mortgages and landlord insurance.

Tickets for the show are free but must be reserved in advance by visiting
