Following a period of substantial growth, Property Service Holdings (PSH) - which operates the Leaders and Romans brands - has a huge variety of new roles and career opportunities available across the country.
The combined branch network of Leaders and Romans has doubled in size in the last three years to more than 150 branches. Now PSH has announced exciting plans to double again in the next five years, and is looking for people with the energy and ambition to drive the next phase in this ambitious expansion plan.
“With growth comes an exceptional opportunity for our employees to develop and progress their careers within our business,” comments Allison Thompson, managing director at Leaders. “We have a huge variety of new and exciting roles in a range of locations, and we’re looking for high calibre, motivated people from the wider industry.
“We consider our staff our most important asset for delivering an exceptional service and achieving the right results for our business and our customers. That’s why we invest heavily in our people, with first-class training and ongoing personal and professional development open to all.”
Allison is the living embodiment of this commitment to staff development, having worked her way up from branch administrator through a variety of different skill sets and roles.
A number of other directors and senior managers at both Leaders and Romans share a similar story, having worked their way up, with the appropriate support, training and development, to their current roles.
Michael Cook, lettings managing director at Romans, began his estate agency career as a sales negotiator and has been instrumental in many of the agency’s accomplishments, from steering one of its most profitable branches through the last recession to managing the growth of Romans Direct, Romans’ internal customer service team.
He says: “Like our colleagues at Leaders, we value the huge contribution of our employees to the success of our business and make it a priority to recruit, retain and invest in the right people to help them reach their full potential.”
