Property Services Holding (PSH) Group - comprising Leaders and Romans - has continued its major expansion in 2016 with two further acquisitions last month.
Leaders has completed the acquisition of both Houselets, a lettings and property management specialist based in Worcester, and the lettings portfolio of Morris Armitage in Bury St Edmunds.
The Houselets deal adds to Leaders’ already considerable portfolio in Worcester, where it has completed the acquisition of three companies - Premier Places, Simply Lets and Town & Country - since September 2015.
Matthew Light, group acquisitions director at PSH, says: “We are delighted to have acquired portfolios in Worcester and Bury St Edmunds, two important towns that already boast hugely successful Leaders branches.
“We have recently refurbished our premises in Worcester and look forward to welcoming our new landlords and tenants there. Most importantly, the excellent teams at both Houselets and Morris Armitage have agreed to transfer to Leaders, allowing us to offer the same great service from the same local experts.
“These deals show we are still expanding and are always on the lookout for new opportunities. PSH has more than doubled in size the last three years and plans to double again in the coming five years, so any business owners looking to sell should get in touch.”
The PSH network now spans 151 Leaders and Romans branches across the UK, making it one of the country’s largest estate agents. It is renowned for smooth and successful acquisitions that allow business owners to achieve their goals and prioritises retaining, retraining and developing inherited staff.
