Three experienced local property experts are teaming up at the head of one of Cambridge’s leading estate and letting agents.
Leaders, which runs two branches in the city, has unveiled Andy Lay and Guy Joseph as its new branch managers at its Regent Street and Hills Road offices respectively. The pair will report to Peter Moate, the company’s area manager for Cambridge.
The trio have more than 60 years of combined experience in the property sector and expertise in areas including sales, lettings, buy-to-let and property management.
Peter says: “Our new structure has been designed to allow us to pay even more attention to detail when meeting the precise needs of our customers.
“Whether you are looking for a great return on a buy-to-let property, aiming to get the best price when selling your home or searching for a new place to live, Andy, Guy and their respective teams of experts are committed to helping you every step of the way.”
Andy has more than 20 years of experience and is a qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Guy, who also holds ARLA qualifications, joins Leaders from another estate agents in Cambridge where he worked on developing and implementing strategies within the sales department. He also has ample experience of the lettings market.
They will manage a team of more than 25 local property experts, all of whom are passionate about the Cambridge market and offer their own wealth of experience.
Guy says: “I am delighted to be leading the Hills Road branch and working with such a fantastic team. I have lived and worked in Cambridge for many years and will use my extensive knowledge and experience to help customers achieve their aims in the local property market.”
Andy adds: “I have already spent several years in our Regent Street branch and know exactly how dedicated our team is to helping customers achieve their goals. The mix of experience and local knowledge within the team allows us to provide invaluable insight and tailored advice to suit any circumstances.”
Leaders successfully let more properties in Cambridge than any other company and secured the highest number of new lettings instructions between 26th November 2015 and 25th February 2016, according to statistics from Zoopla, one of the UK’s largest property portals.
