Then look no further, as a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join Leaders, the UK’s largest privately owned estate agency. In this key role, our successful candidate will undertake a range of functions to ensure the administration activities within Head Office run smoothly and efficiently.

Our continued success means we have substantial plans to expand and we are looking for talented and proactive individuals who will embrace the Leaders ethos and further enhance the professional, high-quality and personal service we provide.
This varied role will provide a meticulous and reliable individual with ample scope to make their mark as you both support the PA to the directors and provide administration support to directors as required. You will also promptly answer and redirect all incoming calls, professionally greet and deal with all visitors, plus manage and organise booking diaries for meeting rooms and teleconferences, both internally and externally.
Your additional responsibilities will include:
• Checking central inboxes, distributing emails to relevant sources, plus sending out requested literature
• Assisting with regular archiving and maintaining the archive database
• Managing the office supplies and all sorting of incoming mail and franking of outgoing mail
• Assisting with company events e.g. Leaders Managers’ Conference and Head Office Christmas Party.

Proven administrative experience and a professional, pleasant demeanour. Highly motivated and organised, you must also possess strong communication and time-management skills, plus an exemplary telephone manner and a full UK driving licence.
