As Branch Administrator you will:

  • Set up and co-ordinate all administration associated with tenancy files, compiling agreements, inputting data, and dealing with correspondence.
  • Maintain window and wall displays, preparing and submitting weekly advertising.
  • Dealing with office finances on a daily basis
  • Show properties to prospective tenants, as required.
  • Register enquiries from potential landlords and tenants, and book appointments.

To succeed, you will need proven administrative experience and a professional, pleasant demeanour. Strong communication and numeracy skills, an exemplary telephone manner and a full UK driving licence are also essential.
