Working as a vital part of our Client Accounts department, this fast-paced and diverse role will see our successful candidate utilise their customer service experience to respond and resolve effectively and in a timely manner the large volume of queries and requests that are received by the Client Accounts team on a daily basis.
This key mid-level position has a broad level of responsibilities, requiring you to assist branch staff with system administration and general queries via telephone and email, all within the agreed SLA, plus reprocess payments received or sent. You will also update and reconcile suspense accounts as well as review landlord and tenant statements of account.
Your additional responsibilities will include: 

• Returning tenants’ deposits and ensuring that they are unregistered from the relevant deposit scheme
• Setting up charges for rent, commission and other fees
• The transfer of funds to balance ledgers
