As Commercial Property Surveyor you will provide a meticulous, committed and highly professional team player with ample scope to make their mark and impress at a growing brand fully committed to staff satisfaction and career development. 

We’re looking for a proactive, conscientious and well-presented individual, committed to carrying out their duties with integrity, and achieving and maintaining the relevant industry qualifications.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property, as Commercial Property Surveyor you will:

• Complete detailed acquisition reports and undertake full commercial due diligence and negotiations 

• Ensure the Group’s premises are kept in a good state of repair

• Achieve the best outcome when negotiating new leases, rent reviews, lease renewals and surrenders

• Lead the sourcing of suppliers and management of their contracts for the refurbishment programme

• Update the relevant software with a record of completed works and consents

• Co-ordinate insurance claims and monitor and keep up-to-date records on the relevant software and files 

To succeed, you will need to demonstrate strong experience in a relevant role and be MRICS qualified. A calm and adaptable individual, you will possess excellent multi-tasking, negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. You must also be highly organised and boast outstanding customer service, while a full driving licence is also essential. You will be willing to commute between our offices in West Sussex and Surrey and travel nationally as required.
