A great opportunity has arisen to run this customer service centre based in the centre of Southampton. If you are passionate about giving 110% customer satisfaction then this is for you.
This office looks after maintenance and general property upkeep for all our Lettings properties in the Southampton area. The team of 12 staff are committed to being the best PM department in the City.
No two days will be the same here, one minute you could be talking to a landlord about their boiler, the next it could be assisting and coaching new members of staff. Variety is certainly the spice of life with this role.
Key requirements for the role will be:
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to motivate staff at all levels.
- An understanding of the Lettings business will be a huge advantage.
- Project planning and implementation
