Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, this key role will see our successful candidate provide comprehensive administration support for the Health and Safety Department and its function throughout the Group.

You will be responsible for the production of Risk Assessment reports, and ensuring all actions resulting from these reports are completed by their due date. You will also liaise with all relevant suppliers, ensuring the quality of work is the necessary standard, delivery is within agreed SLAs, and that commercial relationships are effective.

Your additional responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating First Aid and Fire Warden training courses
  • Ensuring up to date records are kept of all First Aid trained staff and their branch locations
  • Issuing course refreshers, plus coordinating and monitoring regular fire alarm tests and fire drills
  • Maintain records relating to Health and Safety issues for each branch
  • Ensuring relevant and comprehensive documentation is in place to support all H&S activities

You must possess excellent customer service and communication abilities, both written and oral, and strong attention to detail. Sound problem-solving, multi-tasking and IT skills, particularly MS Office, are vital as is the ability to work well under pressure. An understanding of current Health and Safety legislation and knowledge of Lettings / Estate Agency and Property Management industry are desirable but not essential.
