An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading property specialists in the pivotal role of HR Advisor. You’ll provide invaluable guidance across multiple locations, establishing and catering for the organisation’s HR needs as you expertly advise on employee relations matters, legal implications and best practice.

We’re looking for an organised, articulate and meticulous team player, committed to carrying out their duties with integrity, and to maintaining and expanding their already impressive knowledge of employment legislation.

As HR Advisor you will:

• Support the HR Manager with the integration of acquisitions into the business.

• Assist managers in areas such as disciplinary, capability, grievance, redundancy, occupational health, absence management and restructuring, alongside matters relating to maternity and flexible working.

• Line manage 1–2 HR Administrators.

• Work on HR projects, in line with strategic objectives.

• Produce departmental standards reports, prepare and deliver in-house workshops, and advise and support the annual review process and periodic contract roll-out.

To succeed, you will have spent 1–2 years expertly advising on employee relations and terms and conditions of employment, while multi-site experience and a CIPD Level 7 would be advantageous.

Experience of working with HR databases, of thriving in a customer service role, of maintaining confidentiality and of writing reports are a must. A full UK driving licence, access to your own transportation and a willingness to work flexibly when needed are also essential.
