An exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join one of the property industry’s fastest-growing companies has arisen.

Our Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties, meaning no two days in this position will be the same and there will always be a fresh challenge to embark upon.

Among your tasks will be administering all processes throughout the employee life cycle. You will also be expected to support the HR Advisor on any administrative duties.

We are currently in the process of automating the entire HR system and you will work on the introduction of various recruitment and selection modules to it, as well as ensuring they are smoothly integrated within the business.

This is a pivotal role and the successful candidate will need to be supremely organised, quick-thinking and able to work to deadlines. Does this sound like you?

It is essential you have experience in an HR administration role. You should also be able to prove you are comfortable in a fast-paced customer service environment.

We also expect you to be educated to at least A-Level standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A to C (including English and Maths). Although not essential, a foundation qualification from the CIPD would be highly desirable.
