Our success enables us to continue to expand and are looking to recruit a specialist within our Head Office who will help us grow our established sales business.
We need a self-motivated, well presented, confident team player with great customer service and communication skills. A good telephone manner and a full driving license are essential.
This position will be responsible for:
• Responding to requests and queries both internally and externally
• Processing incoming correspondence
• Establishing weekly and monthly reporting
• Managing information on the database
• Maintaining Company Fleet information
• Arranging allocation of vehicles
• Claims Management
• Settling insurance excess payments
• Arrange vehicle livery, Checking driving licences for compliance
• Dealing with notice of prosecution and parking fines
• Ad Hoc fleet projects
We need a self-motivated team player with good administration experience and communication skills. The successful candidate would also need a good telephone manner, attention to detail, and the drive to provide first class customer service. A full driving licence will be required.
