Negotiator - Fareham

Our Lettings and Sales Negotiators are at the front of our business and will be talking about property all day! – From identifying suitable properties for people to see, right through to tying up the deal with our landlords and vendors. Or, you may be selling our services to a prospective client, ready to take prospective applicants round.
Experience in the property market is clearly desirable, although candidates with transferrable sales / customer service experience are also welcome to apply, as full training will be given.
Essential demonstrable skills are:
• Proven track record in a similar target driven environment.
• Great communication skills, being able to talk to people at all levels.
• Self-confidence and the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team
• A full driving licence
The Leaders Group is the largest privately owned estate agency in the UK. Due to our continued success and expansion plans, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Fareham branch as a Negotiator.
Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm.
The role offers a competitive salary, company car, together with full training will be provided with the role as well as on-going development training.
