We’re looking for a reliable and co-operative individual, committed to carrying out their duties with integrity and achieving and maintaining the relevant industry qualifications. You will support the Senior Property Administrator and Administrators with both Lettings Administration and Property Administration as required.
As Property Administrator you will:
- Co-ordinate all administration associated with tenancy files, compiling agreements, inputting data, and dealing with correspondence.
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants when a tenancy comes to an end and preparing the paperwork to arrange the final check out.
- Preparing legal notices on behalf of the landlord.
- Deal with any emails or paperwork in relation to various properties
- To succeed, you will need proven administrative experience and a professional, pleasant demeanour. Strong communication and numeracy skills and an exemplary telephone manner.
