This vital position will provide a dynamic, target-driven and highly motivated team player with excellent scope to make their mark and enhance their career development. Our successful candidate will use their outstanding commercial acumen and communication skills to offer an excellent service to Landlords and tenants and to promote effectively our ancillary products.
In addition, as Property Manager you will:
•Familiarise yourself with, and carefully adhere to landlords’ management requirements
•Report on and follow up on maintenance issues with the landlord
•Organise management / safety inspections and flag up repairs, reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary work
•Deal promptly and politely with landlord and tenants’ communications and personal visits
•Process end of tenancy reports, liaise with the relevant bodies and keep records up-to-date
•Assist with lettings administration and prepare documentation for new tenancies
•Liaise with Landlords and tenants to renew contracts and prepare documentation
•Occasionally carry out property inspections
