Property Manager - Basingstoke

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the property management department in our Basingstoke branch; caring for a group of landlords properties, managing tenancies so that both landlords and tenants receive our excellent standard of service.

One moment you could be talking to a landlord about a broken boiler and subsequently instructing an engineer to arrange the repair. Followed perhaps by a conversation with a tenant about their renewal documents. Or maybe liaising with staff in the branch to arrange a check-out to bring a tenancy to an end. Whilst industry experience would be desirable, full training will be given to the right organised candidate, who can demonstrate an excellence in customer service, together with a good telephone manner. Keyboard skills and a clean driving licence are essential.
