This key role will see our successful candidate work within our dynamic Client Accounts department and see you focus on ensuring that the payments that we have received into our Client Account bank account with the incorrect reference number quoted are posted manually onto our system and allocated to the correct tenancies.
You will also be required to post the payments received by card, cash and cheques at the branches, plus process landlords’ statements and payments. Contacting the branches regarding monies that cannot be allocated as well as contacting the bank by phone regarding various issues are also vital requirements of the role.
Your additional responsibilities will include:
• Reconciling miscellaneous monies and sending banking materials to the branches
• Organising returned banking receipts from the branches and ordering stock from various suppliers
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers

To demonstrate strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills, plus be highly proficient in MS Office and Outlook. Calm, diplomatic and an excellent communicator, you must constantly aspire to exceed customer expectations and boast a confident and concise phone manner at all times. Impressive attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills are also vital.
