This varied post will provide a committed, proactive and target-driven individual with ample scope to make their mark. Our successful candidate will receive excellent training and learn to utilise their excellent communication skills to identify and maximise business opportunities, canvass for valuation leads and appointments,  and handle calls to prospective and existing clients.

As our Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will work with and support the Sales Negotiators to:

•Achieve personal key performance indicators and branch forecasts

•Respond to applicant enquiries and arrange viewings

•Build alliances with local developers through active networking

•Sell company products and services strongly and responsibly 

•Contribute marketing ideas and support related initiatives

To secure this fantastic opportunity you must:

Have excellent communication skills with a positive, tenacious and committed personality. Previous sales experience is not essential but you must possess impressive persuasion and customer service skills, an exemplary telephone manner and a full UK driving licence.
