Trainee Lettings Negotiator

This role will provide a results-driven and confident individual with ample scope to build a career in this exciting and fast-paced environment. Our successful candidate will receive excellent on the job training, learning how to deal with all aspects of the lettings market and how to provide a first-class service to both landlords and tenants. 

As Trainee Lettings Negotiator you will support the Lettings Negotiators to:

•Achieve personal key performance indicators and branch forecasts.

•Value properties to let

•Advise landlords of legal obligations regarding gas, electricity, fire and furnishings.

•Introduce new business and build alliances with local employers and developers.

•Keep landlords and applicants informed of progress, register enquiries and book assessments, ascertain the financial suitability of applicants, and liaise with credit reference providers.

To succeed, you will need drive to succeed, great people skills and a commitment to maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors. An exemplary telephone manner and a full UK driving licence are also essential.
