Training and Support Assistant - Midlands

Leaders are looking to grow their Acquisition and Support team to help support our newly acquired brands across the country and to share with our colleagues the core values that Leaders staff aspire to.

As part of this team, you can expect the role to be incredibly varied working in a number of different locations and requiring individuals to be flexible enough to work away from home on a regular basis.

The role itself, requires the successful candidate to have good data input skills, have an analytic side to their nature, and ideally have a good knowledge of either the Property Lettings or Property Sales Industry. Excellence in Customers Service is a must.

More so than this, the successful candidate will require the ability to win over people in a sometimes stressful environment, be self-motivated and driven and be able to instil in others a positive, enthusiastic work ethos, where results count.
