Adam is the experienced and knowledgeable branch manager at our office in Cheltenham, where he leads the large market leading, committed and proactive team that offers a range of sales, lettings and buy-to-let services across both residential, student and commercial property.
He started his career in property as a negotiator before progressing to become a senior negotiator at two smaller letting agents in Gloucestershire before moving to our Cheltenham branch to become lettings manager in February 2014.
Adam became renowned in the town for the high-quality proactive service, as well as efficient results and comprehensive advice provided to landlords and tenants in Cheltenham and the surrounding villages. In 2016, he transferred to the Evesham office after being promoted to the role of branch manager to spearhead the expansion of the Evesham office. He then moved back to one of Leaders Flagship branches in Cheltenham to become branch manager there.
He also has experience in property sales, property development and asset management, making him the perfect person to help any client plan their next step along their property journey.
The team in Cheltenham deal with a diverse range of properties, including everything from park homes to character houses, executive corporate serviced accommodation and unique family homes. The team are experts in dealing with block management of apartment blocks, HMO student accommodation and other specialist management.
