Andrew is the face of our Southend-on-Sea branch, where he heads up a team of ten people covering all aspects of sales, lettings and property management.
Following a long and successful career in the financial services industry, Andrew moved into the property industry in early 2015. He joined Leaders in 2016 when it acquired Tudor Estates in the town. His background means he is the perfect person to offer advice on buying or selling a property in Southend, including areas such as mortgages to which he is diploma qualified!
The Southend-on-Sea team includes three sales specialists, three lettings experts and three property management professionals. Andrew always aims to work with people who have valuable life experiences, so that along with his team, they can all relate to customers and understand their needs.
In the financial industry, Andrew managed more than 100 people across the country and is aware of just how important customer service can be.
