Chris has been an estate agent for over 11 years and has worked in residential sales, lettings, land and new homes. He works closely with Neil Simmons, who heads up the Lettings department in our Worthing branch.
He has worked in Worthing for nearly all his career, apart from a short period where he lived and worked in Dubai in one of the world’s most competitive and sought after property markets, gaining him valuable experience in property sales.
Neil has also worked in the property market for many years, including spells in numerous Sussex towns, making him one of the region's most knowledgeable property experts.
Chris decided to join Leaders due to the massive growth and investment made in the sales division of the company and currently manages the Worthing sales team.
He is qualified with the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and is fully integrated within the local community having worked and spent most his life in and around Worthing and West Sussex. A lot of his clients have stuck with him for years and can now enjoy the exciting and substantial coverage a company like Leaders can offer.
His experience and knowledge in all aspects of residential sales and lettings, and ability to conduct various different roles enables him to train, grow and manage other members of staff ensuring the highest level of professionalism is maintained in all areas.
