David Underwood is our experienced and successful branch manager in St Albans, where he heads up a team of 12 local property experts including specialists in sales, lettings and property management.
Since starting out in the property industry in 2003, David has attained tremendous knowledge and is the ideal man to help all clients when it comes to realising their ambitions as a tenant or landlord.
David’s first position was with a major estate agent in north London, before he moved on to join Leaders in 2007. He became lettings manager in April 2014.
Having lived in St Albans as both a tenant and an owner, his local knowledge is second to none and he can easily point clients in the right direction, whether they are looking for a property to rent in St Albans or if they wish to make a great return on a buy-to-let investment.
Both David and Amy in the branch have attained the National Federation of Property Professionals' Technical Award, so customers can work with the branch safe in the knowledge that all industry regulations are being adhered to at all times.
David is keen to point out that his colleagues at Leaders in St Albans are undoubtedly the hardest working team he has ever been a part of and he is proud of the incredible dedication they show in their roles each day.
