Our lettings manager in Bromley is the extremely talented Fiona Minnett, who has worked in the property industry since May 2008, following more than 13 years in the leisure sector.
Fiona began life in property as a negotiator before quickly being promoted to the role of senior negotiator in 2009. In this time, she also attained her Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) qualifications, ensuring she works in accordance with the industry body’s strict guidelines.
Leaders acquired Curtis Haines, where Fiona employed, in 2011 and since then she has worked under the Leaders name. Within two months of the acquisition, she was promoted to lettings manager.
Fiona works alongside current branch manager Lisa Holmes, as well as a team that is made up of an administrator, two negotiators and four property managers.
With several decades of combined experience, the team is ideally placed to offer all the support and information landlords and tenants in Bromley require.
Fiona said: “Bromley is a busy town with excellent transport links to central London. It is currently undergoing regeneration in the shape of The Bromley South Central development, which will bring 200 new apartments and 220 jobs to the area.
“Not only has this created buy-to-let opportunities that are attractive to investors, it will add supply to a market in which there is already great demand from tenants.
