John Graham is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable sales expert based in Felixstowe, where he has lived and worked for almost 20 years.
He started his career in property in 1979 with a firm of chartered surveyors in Ipswich. He then made the move to Felixstowe where he has worked with both independent and national estate agents and he eventually joined Goddard & Co in 2010.
When Goddard & Co was acquired by Leaders in 2013, John remained in the branch and continued to deliver a comprehensive service to sellers and buyers.
Having spent 12 years as a senior branch manager with a rival firm, John was named as a director of Goddard & Co upon joining the company.
He has a diploma in surveying practice from the College of Estate Management in Reading and works in accordance with all the latest industry regulations and guidelines.
John is joined by two other sales experts in the Felixstowe branch and each of them are committed to providing the same great service. Indeed, the team always aims to help sellers get the best price for their home and buyers find their perfect place to live.
