Josh started at Leaders as a Home Guide when he was just 17 and has gone on to enjoy a successful career in a variety of roles.
Following spells as a Lettings Negotiator in Worthing and a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Horsham, Josh was appointed as Lettings Manager and now heads up the busy Horsham branch.
With more than ten years of experience in the property industry to his name, Josh is a safe pair of hands when it comes to letting properties in Horsham and helping landlords to achieve their objectives in the local market.
He is also keen to work with tenants who are currently searching for their dream home in or around the town.
Josh boasts the National Federation of Property Professionals’ Level 3 award in Residential Letting and Property Management. It means landlords and tenants can work with the branch in confidence, as the team always adheres to the latest industry regulations and guidelines.
The team is comprised of two Lettings Negotiators, two Sales Negotiator, three Property Managers and two Property Inspectors, a Branch Administrator and a Saturday Home-Guide, all of whom are committed to delivering high-quality customer service at all times.
