Kim Sim is the experienced and knowledgeable local property expert heading up the lettings department in our Emsworth branch.
She has worked in the industry for more than 14 years and was a part of the Johnson Wood team before it was acquired by Leaders in April 2015. Kim remained at the branch following the acquisition and continues to offer a range of comprehensive services to local landlords and tenants.
This is actually Kim’s second stint at Leaders, having originally joined the company’s accounts team approximately 20 years ago. She then moved to Johnson Wood in 2002, with the independent letting agents appointing her as a property manager.
Having enjoyed immediate success and forged strong relationships with landlords and tenants in Emsworth, Kim was promoted to branch manager in 2006 and continued in the role until Leaders’ acquisition in 2015.
Kim’s passion for the Emsworth rental market made her the perfect person to head up the new lettings department. She now works with a team of three lettings experts, made up of two negotiators and a home guide. They are all committed to helping landlords enjoy the benefits of letting without any of the hard work, as well as supporting tenants in their search for a new home.
