Leaders in Bournemouth is headed up by branch manager Russell Cruwys, who is one of the company's most experienced, knowledgeable and successful employees.
He has worked for the firm since 1989, when he started in the hugely successful and widely respected Poole branch. He was soon in charge of the lettings department at that office, before moving on to the Bournemouth branch in 2002.
Russell now takes responsibility for both the Ferndown and Bournemouth branches, areas he knows extremely well and is able to offer expert advice on. Over the years, many buy-to-let investors have picked up a property that delivers a great return as a direct result of Russell's insight.
Even before starting at the company more than 25 years ago, Russell knew his heart was in the property industry. He was previously employed by an established estate agents in central Bournemouth and operated in residential, leisure and commercial sales at various times.
