Simon has worked in the property market in the Bognor Regis area for more than 25 years, making him one of West Sussex’s most experienced and knowledgeable industry experts.
He joined Leaders in 2013 having previously managed another local estate agents, covering all areas from lettings to property management.
Simon has worked as a negotiator, property inspector, valuer and property manager before reaching the position of branch manager.
The team in Bognor Regis is currently made up of eight people and covers all areas of sales and lettings.
Simon is also a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and boasts the National Federation of Property Professionals’ Level 3 qualification, meaning landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants can work with the branch with confidence that it is adhering to all the latest regulations and guidelines.
Simon says: “I am passionate about customer service and going the extra mile. I can offer unbiased advice on buy-to-let investments based on extensive knowledge of the local property market and the stock available to purchase.
“Even if the property investors wish to buy is through another agent, I am always happy to cast my eye over it and give an opinion on rental values and its suitability as a rental property. After 25 years, I know the local market so well I will probably not even need to go and see it!
