Tim Loder is our experienced and knowledgeable lettings manager in Dorking, where he works closely with clients in the area to help them achieve their goals in the lettings market. He is a local resident of the town and knows the area well, having lived in Dorking for the last 9 years.
With more than 20 years of experience in the lettings industry, it will come as no surprise to learn Tim has an incredible level of expertise and great attention to detail when it comes to his work. In particular, he offers an in-depth understanding of the legalities and processes associated with letting property.
Having started his career in Clapham and Balham, he later moved to Wimbledon and then on to Kingston. He has also worked as the branch manager at our Weybridge branch, before opting to move back to Kingston in early 2015. He then moved on to our Dorking branch.
Tim has a tremendous background when it comes to property, as his father worked for many years as a hugely successful and respected chartered surveyor and property auctioneer in south-west London, inspiring Tim to take up a career in the sector.
