Experienced and knowledgeable property professional Tracy heads up the lettings department at our branch in New Milton.
Having worked in the property industry for more than ten years - the last five of which have been at Leaders - Tracy is ideally placed to help landlords achieve the best possible results and tenants to find their dream home.
The branch also offers a bespoke sales service, allowing sellers to get the best price for their property in New Milton and to successfully complete their next move.
She initially started as a Branch Administrator before progressing to the role of Negotiator. Her most recent promotion saw her become Lettings Manager.
Tracy holds the National Federation of Property Professionals’ Level 3 qualification. This ensures the branch acts in accordance with all relevant industry regulations, giving landlords and tenants ultimate peace of mind.
She works with a team of seven local property experts in the New Milton branch, including Property Managers, Branch Administrators, Home Guides and a Negotiator. Tracy’s experience is invaluable in helping the team to offer a comprehensive service to sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants.
